AGAIN TOMORROW!! - The location is beautiful and quiet! - the staff are the owners and the service is great! - the wines are all great! (Pinot gris also taken with you!) -the choice of dishes is small but absolutely consistent! - the tarte flambée is super-crispy but is actually topped by the blood and liver sausage! 2 people, food, wine + 1 bottle to go under € 30 Definitely recommendable!

We only happened to come by on a bike tour once, so the hospitality and good wine of the Arthur Schmitt Veit winery got stuck with us. Since this encounter we have been ordering our wine here every year and with every glass the wonderful time on the Mosel comes back to life. Been visiting the Schmitt-Veit family for so many years. Great wine, nice atmosphere, friendly and friendly hosts, clean and nice accommodation. Everything just fits. We look forward to seeing you every year. See you soon.

Ever friends and often visited with small groups or friends, this is an insider tip for people who are still afraid to sit next to strangers and thus make new friends. And that starts and ends with excellent wines or special brandies of various character at very reasonable prices. Some time ago I was even able to convince wine lovers from another wine region of quality and taste of these Moselle wine types.

It's been a few days since our vacation, but now I'm getting around to saying a few nice words. We were in Trittenheim for 10 days and since we were in this ostrich tavern for the first time, we have been here almost every day. We were entertained so nicely, almost like family, drank delicious wine and met a lot of new people. It's really worth a visit! Thank you for the nice evenings, keep it up - we'll be back!
